We have surveyed our members and learned some very interesting things which will guide our priority planning over the next few years. With regards to women in medicine in Canada, members feel most strongly that we need to improve workplace flexibility, job sharing, less than full time work opportunities and ensure that this kind of flexibility is equitably available across all specialties.
