Lucie FilteauLucie Filteau is an anesthesiologist working in Ottawa. She served as the University of Ottawa Director of Undergraduate Education in Anesthesiology for 5 years (and is still actively involved in the undergraduate and postgraduate mentorship programs). She also completed a 6 year term as a Royal College Examiner in Anesthesiology. Lucie was the Ottawa anesthesia community Newsletter Editor for a couple of years and remains the unofficial photographer and social events coordinator for her department. Lucie is currently undergoing additional training in medical leadership and patient safety. She leads a task force that is involved in perioperative patient safety at The Ottawa Hospital. She is married and is raising 2 bright, boisterous boys. |
