The Maude Abbott Scholarship Fund (MASF)* is a scholarship grant to provide assistance to financially-deserving female medical student, with preference given to FMWC members.

* MASF is a CRA approved Canadian charity founded by, but legally independent from FMWC. Please consider donating today to this worthy endeavour to support future female physicians! You will receive a tax receipt.

Information regarding the application for the MASF scholarship:

All active student members of FMWC may apply for a scholarship.
Applications will be reviewed and a scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded by the Awards Committee of the Canadian Medical Women Foundation. The number of scholarships awarded will be subject to the availability of funds.

Nominations are open until January 10th. Self nomination is encouraged.
