The FMWC’s AGM is a once a year opportunity for women physicians and associates to benefit from a weekend of stimulating educational discussions and networking. In 2015, our event will be held in Toronto, ON, from September 25-27, 2015 and the theme is Women Physicians: Power in Partnership in which we intend to focus on enhancing leadership skills and collaborative skills for women in medicine. Our theme is echoed by an African Proverb:
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

The event organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to the congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the congress. Delegates and their accompanying guests are strongly advised to purchase adequate travel insurance for the duration of their travel.
Registration fees, less a $100 administrative charge will be refunded for cancellations received in writing before August 1, 2015. No refund will be offered for cancellations received after that time — no exceptions. Participants who request a cancellation may opt to send a substitute.
